Send to friendDear Parents, The countdown to the Fall Festival has begun. The children are getting very excited, and the PTO parents and staff are working hard to coordinate the activities. If you have not signed up to work a half hour shift in your child’s class booth, please be sure to contact the teacher to volunteer. It takes all of us to make the Fall Festival possible. As I have said before, bracelets for the jumpers, slide, and hayride are available in the front office for $15. Tickets will be sold at the gate. Raffle Ticket money is to be turned in TOMORROW along with any unsold tickets. The PTO has promised a party for the class who sells the most tickets. The final PTO Meeting before the Fall Festival will be held on Tuesday, November 10th at 6:30 in the school assembly room. PLEASE make every effort to attend!!! We will be tying up any loose ends for our event. Thanks to all of you who have turned in your bags of candy, two liter sodas, and 12-packs of soda. We will continue to accept donations of those items through Friday, Nov. 13. Cakes may be delivered that same Friday afternoon before 5:30 or Saturday morning between 10 and 12:00 noon. The cakes should be in a box or on a tray or plate of some type covered in plastic wrap. Remember to drop by the office or request an order form be sent to you if you would like your child to take RETAKES on Nov. 17th. This is for all students who were either not enrolled yet, absent, or just didn’t like the original picture. These pictures will also be used for the yearbook. The order forms MUST be sent in for your child to participate in retakes. SHHHHHH! We are planning a special thank you luncheon for Grandparents of our students. Please read the back of this note for more information. Finally, for the sake of safety, please DO NOT ENTER the EXIT in our parking lot. This disrupts traffic flow and could very possibly cause an accident. Please be a good example to your children by following the school rules.
