Financial Matters
2008-2009
Mid-Valley Christian School, Inc., is a private, non-profit, tax-exempt corporation. It operates through a registration/activity fee, a book & supply fee and the monthly tuition paid by the families of its enrollees. Additional funds are derived through tax deductible donations.
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and are as follows:

The activity fee is used in lieu of constant fundraisers to finance special large projects during the year. This fee will ensure that we will only have two fundraisers a year. Fall Fest will be held in the fall and another in the spring. |

Tuition Payment Plans: |

| PK 3 and PK 4 half day: | $2500 a year per child |
| 10-month plan = $250.00 per month | |
| 12-month plan = $208.34 per month | |
| PK 3 full day through Twelfth: | $2700 a year per child |
| 10-month plan = $270.00 per month | |
| 12-month plan = $225.00 per month |
A tuition break applies to families with multiple children enrolled at Mid Valley Christian School. Those discounts apply to the total base tuition charges for all children in the family and are as follows:
| 2 children | -5% |
| 3 children | -7% |
| 4 or more children | -10% |
Tuition payments are due by the 10th of each month.
A $20.00 late fee is assessed after the 10th.
FINANCIAL POLICIES
Mid-Valley Christian School, Inc. is a private, non-profit, tax-exempt corporation. It operates through a registration fee, a book & supply fee, and tuition paid by the families of its enrollees. Additional funds are derived through tax deductible donations.
All fee amounts shall be set annually and announced by the School Board prior to registration for the following school year. Final report cards for students WILL NOT be issued until a report from the office shows all fees paid in full.
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Registration Fees
No child is considered enrolled in MVCS until the registration fee has been received in the school office along with the completed enrollment form. A copy of a birth certificate and an up-to-date copy of an immunization record MUST also be supplied for each child before enrollment is confirmed.
Late Payments
If an account becomes delinquent by 20 days, the MVCS Board Treasurer shall notify said account by mail, expecting payment within 10 days. The Treasurer shall at this same time file a copy of said notice with the Board Secretary at the next regularly scheduled or specially called Board meeting. IF SAID PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED, THE CHILD (CHILDREN) INVOLVED WILL BE WITHDRAWN FROM MVCS AND A REGISTERED NOTICE OF SUCH ACTION WILL BE SENT BY THE BOARD. ALL MVCS RECORDS OF THE CHILD (CHILDREN) SHALL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL THE SAID ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE.

No student will be allowed to register for the new fall term until all accounts are current. Students whose fees are not current by final registration will be dropped from the rolls.
