About me: My name is Rebecca Luksa. I am starting my third year teaching Kindergarten at Mid Valley Christian School and I absolutely love it here! My philosphy is simple really. I believe our children are our future and it is our responsibility to provide all the necessary tools as parents and teachers, fully equipping them to their highest potential, which most importantly includes teaching and modeling Christian principles.
Class News May 14th-18th...This has been our last full week of school and let me tell you, we have been busy!! Each child has been working hard finishing their assignments/papers and enjoying extra time outdoors. Next week will fly by very quickly. Monday we will be heading to the church to run through our graduation set up, and special song. Tuesday we will be having PAJAMA DAY! We want to relax have some fun, take an extra long nap, for our big graduation night! Wednesday we will be having a free day of random crafts, free play, movie time, reading time and pretty much sending home any personal belongings that have remained here throughout the year. Thursday (half day) will be our final assembly giving out semester awards, Honor Roll, etc. and it will be our water day!! If you would like to send a change of clothes for your child, feel free to do so. Otherwise, your child will be probably going home wet. Remember, Early release is at 11:45. See you next week.
