for the following year. A space WILL NOT be reserved AFTER the cut-off date,
at which time enrollment will be opened to the public and classes will be
filled on a first come, first served basis.
Students interested in enrolling in 7th through 12th grades need to submit
the following:

not accepted into the A.C.E. program for any reason, this fee will be returned.
8. Student and parents will meet with the School Board for a brief interview.
Enrollment Limit
In accordance with the Constitution and By-laws of MVCS, the size of each
class is limited “to provide sound scholarship”. Classes are
filled to a maximum limit of 20 students. Any deviation from this limit would
require special permission from the School Board.
Waiting List
A waiting list of students desiring enrollment in MVCS will be maintained
in the office. Parents of those students will be notified of registration
by mail. An enrollment application and cover letter will be sent informing
the family of the specific date by which the application and registration
fee should be sent to the office to assure enrollment in MVCS for the following
school year. If the Director is not contacted by the specific date, it will
be assumed a position is no longer desired, and those next in line will be
contacted in like manner. It is the responsibility of the parents of students
on the waiting list to notify the principal of any change of address or phone.
